Dopamine?
How can you get infinite motivation through dopamine? I've recently become interested in this topic and am now trying to do something with it.

Hello, my dears. In my relationship, we've been arguing daily for a year. It always cuts deep into my heart. Normally, I used to cry and get hurt easily. But for about three months now, I've just been sitting quietly and staring into space when we argue. Am I perhaps emotionally numb? And isn't it…
If the doctor writes: The patient needs psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment. Can one then think that only psychiatric treatment is sufficient?
Hi. I'd like some opinions on the song. I've taken some of the old criticism from previous questions to heart and tried to incorporate it here. Sure, it's still not perfect, but that's why I asked. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XQxiDmoJh1I
I'm currently watching "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," and people often say they take Lexapro. I googled it, and in German, it's called escitalopram. I always thought that when you're so rich and everything, you probably wouldn't get depressed. There are people who are really depressed, but apparently, yes, they do. But I have a…
Hello, I've been here since today and I don't feel comfortable there. I'm actually only here because of my parents, but I told the day clinic that I want to kill myself. Is that an obstacle?
Hello, for several years now, I've been suffering from stress when falling asleep because I think too much at night. Especially around midnight, the thoughts get worse. Are there any pills for this that don't have strong side effects or that can help me not take everything so seriously? The main reason I can't sleep…
I don’t know if this is the answer you expect, but you can try it with a dopamine detox.
In simple terms, this simply means: you remove all the “artificial dopamine sources”, i.e. things that give you a lot of dopamine in an unnatural way, such as social media, from your everyday life. The biggest problem is that, for example, the consumption of social media is extremely fast, extremely much dopamine, which means that your brain doesn’t see any sense in doing something else – which potentially requires more effort and at the end has less dopamine.
However, if you lower this bar, you tend to have more motivation for things that give less dopamine, for example sports or something productive.
It is important to mention: can work, but don’t have to. As far as I know, there are clear scientific evidence that this works, but you can try it out.
Thank you. There’s scientific evidence of this, that’s right. I also looked at summaries of the interview by andrew hubermann. But you explained that better again 🙏
Drugs like cocaine. I wouldn’t recommend you.
