Dopamine?
How can you get infinite motivation through dopamine? I've recently become interested in this topic and am now trying to do something with it.

If I take 400mg ibuprofen per tablet and stomach protection tablets, will the stomach protection tablets protect my kidneys, etc., because, as mentioned, ibuprofen is harmful to the body? Is it bad if I take 3 ibuprofen tablets in total?

To the people who do this?
I mean a man who really exists, not from a fictional movie or something. No matter whether you know him personally or whether you watch a documentary about him etc..
Hello, I am 25 years old and have thought about going to a facility for the mentally ill. My question is, have you had good or bad experiences? I know every residential group is different, but I would like to know what your experience was when you were there.
I don’t know if this is the answer you expect, but you can try it with a dopamine detox.
In simple terms, this simply means: you remove all the “artificial dopamine sources”, i.e. things that give you a lot of dopamine in an unnatural way, such as social media, from your everyday life. The biggest problem is that, for example, the consumption of social media is extremely fast, extremely much dopamine, which means that your brain doesn’t see any sense in doing something else – which potentially requires more effort and at the end has less dopamine.
However, if you lower this bar, you tend to have more motivation for things that give less dopamine, for example sports or something productive.
It is important to mention: can work, but don’t have to. As far as I know, there are clear scientific evidence that this works, but you can try it out.
Thank you. There’s scientific evidence of this, that’s right. I also looked at summaries of the interview by andrew hubermann. But you explained that better again 🙏
Drugs like cocaine. I wouldn’t recommend you.
