Dönerbox noch essbar?
Hallo,
ich habe mir gestern eine Dönerbox (nur Geflügelfleisch, Pommes und Sose) geholt. Da ich diese nicht ganz geschafft habe, habe ich den Rest in meine Brotdose umgefüllt, um es besser transportieren zu können. Ich bin gestern Abend circa um 21 Uhr zuhause angekommen und habe die Dönerhox vergessen. Sie liegt jetzt seit über 12 Stunden in meiner Tasche in meinem Schlafzimmer (Raumtemperatur). Ist das Fleisch jetzt noch essbar, obwohl ich es nicht in den Kühlschrank gestellt habe?

It is not safe to eat the Dönerbox after more than 12 hours at room temperature. Poultry meat and pommes may present a significant risk for bacterial growth, in particular salmonella. These bacteria multiply very rapidly at room temperature. For health reasons, you should better dispose of food.

Pommes with sauce become disgustingly muddy, but really spoiled (so making sick) should not be the food yet,

Take this away. Poultry meat with sauce from a dönergrill I would only eat fresh, you don’t know how long it was already on the spit and whether it was completely cooked
