Fast food doesn’t always have to be unhealthy. At the döner it always depends on the quality of the meat and surely also the sauce.
With a good quality, it’s not unhealthy.
Döner is not healthy, for the first time because of the meat, because it is pressed meat and who knows what was mixed in and, secondly, because of the sauces which are not really healthy. But in itself, as a fast food, it is not too bad to eat it more often. There’s at least salad and vegetables in there. But if that was washed well before you do not know 😂
A diner is already relatively healthy compared to other fast foods, you could eat 5 diners every day if you weren’t in the calorie surplus, you wouldn’t increase.
Lg
You can eat diners as often as you want. It always depends on how much each.
Also, fast food is not necessarily more unhealthy than other food whose production takes hours.
Döner’s probably not the worst food. A Döner or BigMac is definitely better than Grandma’s fat-driving roast potatoes, flour lumps, boiled vegetables and meat mountains.
The meat is not so high. At prices, however, no wonders. The rest is quite varied and healthy.
do you think bad meat
As expensive as Döner meanwhile, it would have to be super meat…
In fact, the price of meat does not necessarily have much to do with its nutritional value. Clear, organic meat is more expensive and less unhealthy than conventionally produced meat. But from the same animal the expensive pieces are not necessarily healthier than the cheap ones.
of course, the price is not alone, but the quality I meant with cheap, not the retailer’s purchase price. I admit, however, that it can also be said so loosely in all other fast food chains, so this is also relative, and in the whole it is so much healthier than 3 energy drinks from sugar water
actually is döner ok has quite many different nutrients in one
you can eat a döner every day. without getting thick
you can even eat more
You can also eat chocolate every day without getting fat…
He’s not healthy. Unhealthy fats, sugars, salts, phosphates etc. The bissl vegetable does not travel out and the meat is usually also more cheap quality.
In general, he does not do Dick, but only makes too much fat. And sometimes it does not harm if you otherwise feed yourself predominantly healthy and balanced.
