Heutzutage scheint Fettreduziertes wie auch Bio-Hack bei den Discountern beliebt zu sein. Was ist drin im fettreduzierten Hack? Wenn Fett weniger wird, müsste ja der Muskelfleischanteil und damit der Proteingehalt steigen. Es ist aber nur das Mindestmaß an Protein drin, 18g pro 100g. Wird das Fleisch wie allzuoft mit Wasser gestreckt?

Gestern habe ich thailändisch gekocht und die Soßen nach Originalrezept und mit ganz viel Liebe selber hergestellt. Dazu habe ich ganz normale grüne Pepperoni verwendet, da ich nicht wusste, wie scharfe Chilis ankommen werden. 2 Gäste haben dann Schnappatmung bekommen, ohne die Soßen probiert zu haben, weil die zu scharf wären. The döner doesn’t look delicious. Much too little meat inside and where did the sauce remain.
The sauce doesn’t look fantastic and is too little inside. I pay $5.50 for a kebab. Not all give a lot of meat and are very economical.
