Dog pees on sleeping place?

As it says above, yes, she pees on her sleeping place and I often read that it is not normal (she is 8 months old and female).

Your dog could have a bladder infection, be stressed if she is left alone when she pees on her bed, or you are not taking her out often enough and she is not yet reliably house trained.

Has this only recently started happening? Could it be that she's in heat? Did the breeder use pee mats?

When female dogs go into heat for the first time, they may start marking. Generally, they may regress during puberty and occasionally pee in the house again. This will quickly subside if you keep up with it. Many dogs also like to use absorbent mats for raising puppies, and dogs raised this way often mistake them for carpets or beds. But then she wouldn't sleep in her bed, but would only use it as a toilet. Otherwise, a bladder infection is still a possibility.

Dogs do not normally go to their sleeping area.

Do you go out with her often enough?
