Does this help to get my period earlier?
I've heard that the following should help to get my period earlier:
-Parsley, cinnamon, pineapple, tomato, kiwi, strawberry, bell pepper
-hot bath, relaxation, sun
Is all of this true? So, will it help if I relax right now, eat tomatoes, spend time in the sun, and later eat lots of parsley for dinner? What else helps?
If you spend the time eating fruits and vegetables, it’ll go faster. In the past the period does not occur.
How much do you want to shorten: a few days or a few years? Or in other words: earlier than what?
I’m driving on 4. August on vacation, but the period probably falls directly this week or at least the first days of it. As we go to the sea, it’s very stupid. So I’d rather push the period to the week before. I have read in several websites that this is possible by taking vitamin C and vitamin D.
