Does this help to get my period earlier?

I've heard that the following should help to get my period earlier:

-Parsley, cinnamon, pineapple, tomato, kiwi, strawberry, bell pepper

-hot bath, relaxation, sun

Is all of this true? So, will it help if I relax right now, eat tomatoes, spend time in the sun, and later eat lots of parsley for dinner? What else helps?

If you spend the time eating fruits and vegetables, it’ll go faster. In the past the period does not occur.

How much do you want to shorten: a few days or a few years? Or in other words: earlier than what?

Ah, now it’s clearer. It doesn’t work. You can push the pill, but it’s not good. I think the rest is legends. If it were, women who eat a lot of fruit and vegetables would have to get their days more often. It’s not like that.
