does the glitter image play a role in the glitter?

Um, are you seriously expecting someone to spend so much money on camera boxes without them being used for anything?

Of course, the picture is needed as evidence!

could you not theoretically say that someone else was driving?

You could. But if you're on the lightning picture, you'll suffer a shipwreck.

It doesn't work if you're giving someone else, but on the picture it's clear that this person can't be… eg you say your brown-haired friend has gone, but on the picture there's clearly a bald head to see.

Only if the picture does not show whether your statement can come or not, you will get through with it. But then you get to write a travel book. Say, you have to write up who's been driving for every meter your car is driving. You're going to the baker for a minute. Your girlfriend's going to the Parcelhop for a minute. You'll pick up the child in the daycare center for a minute.

Of course you can if the driver is not visible. Then you can be obliged to write a travel book. Then you have to write in when who was on the road for how long.
