Does the seller have to allow a test drive?

You don’t just buy a cargo e-bike for €4600 blindly.

The seller does not even allow you to test drive it for one day, even though you are seriously interested in buying it

Until the E Bike is not fully paid, the E Bike will not leave the store here was answered

I had problems with a prospective. I drove behind my S-Ped with the e-roller. He didn’t care about the right in front of the left

The purchase price for such expensive pedelecs must be deducted in cash during test runs.

Then, as sales, I would enter into a trial trip agreement that the potential buyer must sign. The ADAC-ADFC for Pedelecs

For retailers, S-Ped has red insurance codes. There I was allowed to test.

1 day is exaggerated. That was the road up and down.

The dealer should be able to offer a self-driven rental as well as I can. for test drives. For 25 models or even 45 models

Then he shoots his knees & never sells a pedelec wheel

Vehicles were already sold during test drives. Such a judgment of the BGH for a good faith acquisition

His bike his rules, he would have left the bike to everyone for a day, in the worst case he would have at some point a dry bike that nobody wants to buy anymore.

A test drive does not last a whole day for a maximum of half an hour. I’d show you the door for such a demand.

Then you just had bad luck.

For a whole day “Probefahrt” sounds more like “I’ll make my bigger orders and put a scratched wheel on the farm to the seller”. In order to test the driving behavior, the parkours, which is usually built up in the shop, are completely sufficient.

BTW: I know the question from somewhere. It’s strange that the dealer can keep on the market.

You still have to look for another place!

there is no right claim for a test drive. but perhaps the salesman can be sure that he will leave it to you when you leave a deposit and or declare yourself willing to pay a kind of loan fee if you do not buy it.

As already said, driving a full day rehearsal is not actually everywhere. You better borrow one for a day.

If the salesman has really come to you as you say, that is quite unharmed by the behavior for me as a trader colleague. If that’s the rules of the boss, that’s the case.

It’s his shop, his bikes, of course he doesn’t have to let you drive. Just as little as you have to buy the bike.

That would have been almost exactly my words. πŸ‘

There is no right to trial, even if this possibility is actually common everywhere.

But not for a whole day so that he then transports his washing machine and then returns it. πŸ˜€
