Does the railway service community no longer exist?
Deutsche Bahn used to have a forum at community.bahn.de , but now it's just a page with various contact options, but no room to interact with each other. Has Deutsche Bahn shut it down?
Or am I missing a link?
(This used to be quite helpful because you could get help from other customers. But I hadn't checked it in a while, and now I had a specific problem where I was hoping to find a solution there.)

No, this has stopped the train within a few days without a big advance notice – probably the customer was too often really helped, some tip was certainly completely correct, but not in the sense of the DB.
