Does that make sense? I mean, if I listen to a song three times in a row, I fall asleep IMMEDIATELY (!) just like I do while lying there? The same song every time?
and every time (!) I made a firm decision that I definitely didn't want to go to sleep right away!
When I could sleep so bad a year ago I had always had the movie “All is Lost” running after 22 clock. There is only one actor: Robert redford and he says I believe in the whole movie only a few words. He is on sea on a yacht – alone- ramming a floating container – must repair the yacht. Then she goes down and he’s on a lifeboat and fights to survive. I didn’t hear him, but the noises always brought me to sleep very well.
Then in the summer I have switched on a ventilator at the smallest stage over the night (it turns off automatically after 1-2 hours) – if I turn left it sounds as if it rained out. The sound when it rains also relaxes me very much so I also fall asleep quite quickly.
That makes sense. Also called conditioning.
Makes sense. It’s okay, you found such a super fall asleep help.
oh okay
