Does natural moisturizer automatically smooth the skin after a while? If you use it regularly, the skin will then regenerate itself?
I probably have somewhat sensitive skin, I wanted it to regenerate itself naturally, but can you recommend that the skin is neither attacked nor pores clogged and the skin becomes beautiful and rosy again

You should know your skin type before you experiment with cosmetics. Let yourself be advised by a cosmetician or a drug giant (no cheap market). You will also be recommended for the appropriate cosmetics.

but isn’t it bad if I have large pores around the nose that may be clogged… so after soap I can cream with Nivea daily, because thought maybe this is too greasy for my skin if you have large pores

Nivea in the bleuben can contains relatively much water and less fat.
But of course, a dermatologist is always good. Only you probably have to expect a long waiting period. But just register and get a transfer from your family doctor.
