I didn't see anything about it in the description either, but that doesn't mean anything. Plain statements like "…you'll rarely find that in off-the-shelf PCs" are just speculation and won't get you anywhere.

Judging by the photo, it's got a water cooler (an all-in-one liquid cooler). There's only a small cap on the processor (in front of the large fan).

It won't be the most complex, as there are some amazing water cooling designs out there.

I can't tell you whether they need to be refilled every now and then. The sample product does have some of that. Look for the instruction manual for a similar product and read it.

The principle of water cooling isn't simply adding cold water. The water simply transports the heat away from the concentrated hot spot and dissipates it into the air over a larger area. It looks a bit nicer because there's no huge heat sink in the case, and it's a bit quieter.

At first glance, the price seems OK. If you want to know the exact price, you can enter the individual components on Alternate. However, you'll have to add another 100-150 for installation and the operating system. It'll definitely run very well.

It appears to be a 120mm AiO water cooler. AiO water coolers are generally maintenance-free. The name "water cooler" is a bit misleading, as the water only serves to transport heat. It's a closed circuit, with water constantly flowing between the processor and a heat sink (radiator).

The water heats up at the processor, thereby removing heat from the processor. It then flows through the hose to the heat sink, which is equipped with fans. Here, the water itself is cooled, and the heat is dissipated into the surrounding air. The now cool water flows back to the processor, and the process starts all over again. The whole process is, of course, powered by a pump.

AiOs can lose some water over a long period of time (we're talking many years here), but many AiOs can't be refilled. This isn't a major problem in itself, except for the fact that air in the circuit can cause noise. Too much air will eventually impair cooling performance. Furthermore, the pumps in these water-cooling systems are often prone to failure and eventually start to become loud or simply fail.

As you can see, water cooling systems do have some disadvantages. The advantage of water cooling is that you can use fairly large heatsinks, as the tubing allows for relative flexibility in where you place them in the case.

However, this one appears to use a 120 x 120 mm heatsink. This is smaller than what many air coolers offer. This combines the disadvantages of an AiO with low cooling performance. This shows that Medion unfortunately paid more attention to aesthetics and less to durability and quality.
