Does my back look normal?

Hi, I've had back pain for months. It started with a stabbing pain in my shoulder, mostly on the right, sometimes on the left.

Sometimes it seems to me as if the pain goes into my arms. I am in physiotherapy because I was diagnosed with a pelvic tilt (which is supposed to go away after 6-7 sessions).

I'm only there for massages or on some kind of vibrating plate or something like that. My sciatic nerve also hurts a lot, mostly on the left side and sometimes on the right side too. The pain is really unbearable. I get it as soon as I get up and it lasts the whole day.

I've had the pain for a while now but now it's just unbearable. Can someone please help me?

Oh yes, a year ago I was diagnosed with scoliosis in my cervical spine between vertebrae C4 and C6! Best regards
