Does my 50cc scooter have a kickstarter?
Hi, I'm on vacation right now and my rental scooter is sometimes harder to start (only with a little gas during start).
I looked for a kickstarter so that I'm prepared in case it really doesn't start at all.
But does my scooter even have a kickstarter (see picture)?

Your scooter doesn't have a kickstarter. If it does, it would be where the red circle is in the picture below. The only thing it has is the start button below the right handlebar.
If it doesn't start or just starts poorly, report it to your landlord immediately. Don't let them blame you for the problem if you return it.
The scooter is from the brand Sym and has a 4-stroke injection engine.
Fuel-injected engines don't use a kickstarter because it won't start without power. The injection pump also needs to be running.
Yeah, it really doesn't seem to have a kickstarter anymore. Unfortunately, newer scooters are increasingly omitting it. :/
