Does lumbago go away after a few days?

Hi everyone. I think I have lumbago. The pain in my lower back is very severe and stabbing.

This came on quite suddenly. A few days before the symptoms started, I had lifted something heavy. Could this lifting be a trigger? I'm surprised that it only returned as pain after a few days.

Hello Only,

it suddenly came as a witch, but in reality
the cause has long been retroactive. But it comes

Search for the cause and set it on or avoid,

Yes typical, can then also be used for the disc incident. Be careful!

Many people think pain in the back or similar goes super fast away when you treat them. The fact is that you can make improvements in the short term, but the damage is still present. This is always associated with long physiotherapy and the healing process takes a while. The pain they feel are "old" pain and are slowly combated.
