Does he have an illness/disability?

We were at the cinema, and I was sitting next to this man. He laughed at every single thing and commented on everything that happened in the film. At the beginning, I had picked up my soda to drink and was about to put it back there, and at that exact moment, he sat down and saw that I was about to put my cup in there, but he quickly put his cup in front of mine.

But I don't think it was a disability/illness, but rather just rude to the others. What do you think?
