Does ecstasy have the same effect if you take methylphenidate?

Methylphenidate is an ADHD tablet. I'm very unsure about it and don't want the effect to be different if I take ADHD tablets now…

One main problem with ecstasy and other illegal drugs is that these substances are manufactured and traded completely uncontrolled. Without drug checking, you don't know exactly what's included or how much exactly is included. Without drug checking, it is difficult to make concrete statements about what effects or interactions are to be expected → https://www.eve-rave.org/drogen-abc/drugchecking/

If one assumes that MDMA is usually present in such pills, one can say that a changed effect is to be expected. Both MDMA and methylphenidate influence how much dopamine and norepinephrine is active in the body. In this case, this not only ensures a vague effect, but above all also increases health risks.

The nerve-damaging effect can be increased. Instead of taking these two substances at the same time, it is recommended to use one substance after the sound of the effect of the other substance. This can lead to a longer lasting effect. Relying with the same substance often leads to unsatisfactory effect with the same physical stress.

The use of psychoactive substances is generally always associated with certain health risks. Especially when you are pre-disposed and especially when you take medicines, it is always particularly critical to question whether you should consume or not. Last but not least because it could also counteract the treatment you do not do without reason.

General information about the typical effects and side effects as well as the risks associated with the use of MDMA can be found here:

Here to the methylphenidate:

PS: If you want to talk to professionals about your consumption, this is possible easily. The advice is completely confidential, you are not obliged to do anything and you don't cost it. Maybe helpful: https://mindzone.info/beratung/

Also here on the platform are consultants who can talk about this. For example:

Methylphenidate can obviously even be used in overdoses. It blocks the effect of amphetamines.

At least I read.

Methylphenidate even apparently stops the action of amphetamines.

(I'm not a doctor and my opinion doesn't have to be medically correct at all)
