Does consuming dairy products have a negative effect on an enlarged prostate?

Believe it or not, but a pilot friend told me he was told to stop putting whipped cream in his coffee and milk in his tea. It would damage his enlarged prostate. It's acceptable that dairy products are bad for inflammation, but in this case? Does anyone know?

No, this does not affect growth or size.

No, dairy products do not harm with increased prostate and do not promote enlargement.

Unfortunately, there are many politically motivated dairy buns, mostly from a vegan orientation. This is completely irrational and scientifically untenable.

Milk products are valuable ingredients of daily diet.

Small quantities like coffee cream are irrelevant anyway.

I also read that in prostate problems milk products and also animal fats should be reduced.

The hormones should also play a role.
