The unchambered buckwheat has a significantly higher histamine content than the peeled, since most of the histamine is in the shell. Therefore, the different data are probably available.

However, most people with HIT still develop symptoms and therefore is advised by consumption. On the SIGHI list, buckwheat has a “2”, i.e. even in small to normal quantities, clear symptoms are already developed.

Peeled buckwheat is (theoretically) low in histamine, but the plant substances contained (e.g. phenol and phytin) act as histamine livers.

Right, I put it wrong. Pure buckwheat has no gluten, but the mixtures such as those found in baking mixtures. I’ll fix it.
