Does anyone know what series/movie this is?

I recently saw a scene on TT and saved it. I was about to watch it, but the video was deleted. Here's a brief description of the TT scene:

In one scene, a 17- or 18-year-old girl, who is the cousin of a 12- or 13-year-old boy, is arguing. They wrestle on the floor and swear. During the argument, the girl and boy roll around on the floor.

The mother took a garden hose and wet her. At that moment, the girl lay on top of her cousin, and the boy got an erection. The girl shouted something like, "Ah, (boy's name) is getting a hard-on!" and said something insulting to God.

Then the mother came with the soap. She said he should take it as punishment for insulting God's name. The girl, however, refused and walked away. She asked the neighbors, "Do you want a bar of soap? The crazy woman behind me will give it to you." The neighbors, who are dark-skinned, looked confused. The mother walked by and apologized, saying something like, "Sorry, she's from (US state)…"
