Does anyone have experience with a so-called "Prague Dwarf"?

I'll be spending a long weekend in Prague with some friends soon. We're looking for fun and partying, and while searching for possible activities, I came across a website that offers a dwarf companion for a pub crawl.

Since I find it hard to imagine exactly what a dwarf like this could contribute to a successful evening, but I was certainly intrigued by the concept itself, I wanted to ask if anyone here has experienced something similar before. General assessments without firsthand experience are also welcome.
