Does activating Freesync on the monitor make sense if I always play with VSync?
I prefer vsync because some games with freesync experience tearing. Should I disable freesync on the monitor, or might standard or enhanced make more sense? Thanks in advance.

If VSync is running, you don't need the other one. But sometimes VSync doesn't work perfectly, so it's always better if the graphics card and monitor are matched. How efficiently or inefficiently VSync works depends, of course, on the hardware components and the age of the individual components.
You have to decide: either FreeSync or V-Sync.
