Yes you can go to the residence-based TÜV place and pick up the stamp it only has to be the same test organization (TÜV South to TÜV South, TÜV North to tüv North, Dekra to Dekra etc)
The examiner came directly from the TÜV (Technical Monitoring Association). Just stop from another city that is a few kilometers far away from my home address. Now I wonder if I can go to the TÜV site located at the place of residence and could pick up the HU stamp or this is not possible.
