Does a large gimbal also work with small, lightweight cameras?

Hello, I would like to buy a gimbal.

My eyes fell on the Feiyu SCORP 2.

But I don't just want to use the gimbal with my cameras, but also with my iPhone.

My question is, would the gimbal also work with a cell phone or would the phone be too light?

Do gimbals generally require a minimum camera weight for stabilization to work?

Put something on it and you get a DJI Ronin RS3 or for a little less the DJI Ronin RS3 Mini

From the same brand, there are also cell phone gimbals if you don't plan to get the one adult camera I'd rather take it much cheaper and clearly lighter

To the weight you have to balance the axes is easier, and I have never used my RS3 Mini with a smartphone, but only with an Alpha 6700 and 18-105 lens so well with 1.4 kilos on it

You don't have to spend money for that. Take one of these very thin plastic bags that you wrap on the fruit stand yourself. In it, you pack your camera so that it shows forward. Then you make a hole in the bag for the lens. With one stick you go through the two loops and carry the stick with the bag before you and you already have your gimbal.

You should try it and look at the result. Then you see it.

With every movement and every air trains your bag wobbles somewhere else… consider what you take a gimbal you take so that you may have no bruises
