Does a KFC burger really have that many calories?
Hi!
I (M/21) am a gainer and felt like eating KFC again because I don't have one where I live.
I randomly picked four different ones and ate them pretty easily. Then I checked the calorie count with a tracking app. The app counts around 3300 kcal for all four burgers. Could that be right? Is it true, for example, that the Double Cheese & Bacon has 860 kcal and the Original BBQ has 970 kcal?
I also checked KFC's website, and apparently that's true. Did I miss something, or are the burgers really that high in calories?
What exactly do you expect?
They are covered with chickens that have been fried, so they are full of fat, the panade are also just carbohydrates, as are the rolls. Then, most of the time, there’s some sauce that probably is some mayo, which is just fat in the end. Oh yes and the cheese also contains a lot of fat as the Bacon.
This is of course an extremely high calorie density.
According to Burger King, the Double Cheese & Bacon even has 1038 kCal and the BBQ Bacon 819 kCal.
So it could even be more than 3300 kCal.
A double cheese & bacon burger has approximately around the 850 calories according to research.
The original BBQ Burger has about 523 and the Double BBQ has 791.
4 Double cheese & bacon have approx. 3400 calorie
1 double cheese, 2 BBQ and 1 Double BBQ together have about 2700 calories.
Four doubles are actually 8 normal burgers. So get on a normal burger then rich 400 calories. That’s right.
Yes, he has so many. This is nix wildes, because so many of the fast food products are built
Best regards, Jan
That’s right.
You don’t think so.
I don’t understand why you’re hungry for KFC because there’s no one with you, and neither how you could get there, but this information, fortunately, has nothing to do with the question.
If KFC specifies how many calories the burgers have, it will be right. Why do you doubt that?
I find difficult to believe because the burgers are no longer saturating than others and only that has brought me about my daily kcal need
It may be, but you need to know what’s in the sauce and how it was prepared is just a bomb-calorie combination.
Whether you feel tired is a question of quantity, not calories. Their number does not depend on the needs of a person.
Of course, that would not be bad in itself, it was just as fast and “inconspicuous” that actually goes. With 1kg chicken you yourself are a lot full
You won’t get fat from a single meal. It is also known how many calories you burn.
Then I’d just get fat if I was really fed up. If I’m already in need of my daily kcal and I haven’t breakfast
That’s right.
If it’s so specified, it’s true.
Of course that’s true. Why should KFC lie on his own homepage?
Here you can see yourself.
