Not CFS/Long Covid after all?

For a while I thought I had CFS and Long Covid because I am often tired, sometimes very tired.

Turns out it was probably because I didn't exercise and ate very poorly.

I also notice that when my attitude towards life is good, I don't feel tired at all, but full of energy.

So not long Covid or CFS/Me, but just classic depression fatigue?

So I should just push my body, right?

Yeah, so that’s just laziness and inertia. In addition, in case of poor diet various defects and most likely much too little sunlight come. If you know that, congratulations, first way to improve! Then you also know how to change it: exercise, plenty of fresh air, fill up nutrients and turn food. Go for it! For a better life!

Hello,

So not Long-Covid, or CFS/Me, but just classic depression fatigue?

Neither have specialists diagnosed with you in a pain center Long Covid, or CFS/ME, nor have a slightly depressive mood.

You diagnose yourself with search engine content.

Since we are here in a lay forum with private individuals, no one knows your tiredness in detail and can diagnose what you now have via clairvoy, a final answer is therefore impossible.

I feel it negligent that you connect such infamous and life-enhancing diagnoses like Long Covid, or CFS/ME with a simple tiredness and thus rather bagetalize.

I’m sick of Fibromyalgie myself, and CFS-Betroffene think I’d rather have. It is not just fatigue, or a slightly depressive detuning and thus drive weakness. And it doesn’t just go away like that.

My advice: Please go to family doctors and/or specialized doctors in pain centres and/or psychiatrists and let your symptoms clear. I personally feel this as the most practical of all ways.

You’re good.

Best regards 🙋 ♀️ +😺 +😺

Pray to God, turn to God. That helped me too.

Stop it! This has nothing to do with illnesses and not even with those mentioned!

You don’t have all the cups in the closet! If we were ill, why women are mostly affected, we would no longer have to fight for our health. Are you Professor and can give us answers???

ME/CFS is not just tiredness! It is much more than that and has nothing to do with depression at all.

Do not decorate yourself with diagnoses without being with a specialist!

You only make life even harder and banish a false image about us!

If you have a supervisor and live in the cared for, you are not able to manage your life alone. Then what you have, you and your supervisor will know. It’s none of my business, and I don’t even want to know.

Oh, I understand.

Feel free to discuss these topics with your supervisor, your community and/or your attending psychologist/psychiater.

First go to a specialist, let us confirm your self-diagnosis.

only then is it worth using wild strangers who don’t even know you here about such a subject on texts.

or are we all supposed to play here?
