Do your cheeks always turn extremely red?

My cheeks are always extremely red, regardless of the temperature or other factors. It reminds me, and I think it looks a bit strange.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of the red or at least reduce it significantly?

There is a skin cream from Loreal, which makes skin redness disappear very well.

Yes is 18, 186 and has 85kg. The redness is very funny because the right back is also red, but much more subtle than the left back. My brother had even worse after his statements, and with him it was almost completely gone away with age.
