ich schreibe immer eine Einkaufsliste. Sich alles zu merken, was in Kühlschrank oder Vorratsschrank/Abstellkammer fehlt, da würde ich sicher etwas vergessen.

Geht einfach viel schneller so, spontan vergesse ich sonst immer irgendwas.
Dennoch landen immerwieder Sachen im Wagen die nicht auf der Liste stehen 🙂
