Do you write a lot per day?
I intend to write, but I think I'm overdoing it by spending dozens of minutes on a single topic and writing only one sentence, two at most.
After 30 minutes I stop and do something else, of course my progress is insignificant and my book does not develop further
Hello!
First forget to formulate.
Develop a rough history and the figures in it.
Then develop a story around each individual figure.
So their origins and past, their current life situation and personal characteristics, dreams and desires for the future, their acquaintances and relatives, etc.
This can be oriented if you want to realistically shape the ways of action of these figures in history.
Develop a more accurate arc of action and a delicate process.
And decide (nearly) flexibly, who, when, who meets and how they interact. (Do you already know?)
Place a controversy somewhere due to certain decisions and the past of some figures.
It’s like a big puzzle…
And the more coherent parts you already have…
I am, however, only a layman in these things.
But I love stories.
Greeting
Martin
It’s not easy to recommend. Maybe changing the spelling style. First write to the “Unreine”. So consciously “support” that not every set must be perfect. However, the individual sections of the plot advance and close. Then, and that is important (my opinion) to leave the whole thing a few days. Go on again and make the fine grinding. First. There will certainly be a second, third, fourth ….)
I’d be aware of what I want to write before. So have a more detailed story in mind.
If I write for hours.
