…to help. I don’t write regularly, even though I’ve done this, that was pretty exhausting. That’s why I’m just writing when I’m busy or boring. I usually do that when I realize I can’t fall asleep. Then I’ll write everything I’m busy and I’m better after that.

My diary is not only filled with stuff that deals with me, but also with freely invented stories.

I like the idea that I can read this diary in, for example, 70 years – and then I might experience everything again in my performance. Or maybe I have the solutions to the questions I have now.

That was a long text now….

Oh, yeah.

I’m w15 and I tried it more often. But whenever I sat in front of the book, I didn’t know what to write. My thoughts are far too fast.

Often I wanted to do it, add it every day and write at least 5-10 sentences, but this has never lasted more than 5 days.

But I think it’s great that so many people do it, it’s beautiful memories, because you can read out later and which ones that made you stronger

I am currently writing a diary about my experiences with Reality Shifting. But I’m just doing this sometimes and that’s why I never have much to write down, and not every day. But I still write it up so that I can remember when I’m older

Regularly writing something in would not be possible for me, as I don’t try to shift every day, so usually only on weekends or if I had free

Just occasionally, not daily. Unfortunately, I quickly get the pleasure of it and then I sometimes write nothing for days or weeks. If I’ve experienced something important, I’ll scribble the story into my diary, but otherwise I’d rather collect my memories in my head:)

Hi I’m w13 and don’t write a diary.

I would really like to write one, but I find it hard to take time for each evening and then summarize the day or his feelings. So my diary looks like this: Today is my birthday… (Next entry) Today is Christmas… (Next entry) Today is the birthday of my sister… (Next entry) Today is my birthday…

I admire people who write diary every day.

You don’t have to write something daily. I’m just doing this myself when I have something to tell.

Yes more often, as it helps me sort and process my thoughts and feelings and I have been writing success diary for 2 weeks.

I’m 19 years old and I’m just doing it when I have something to say. I used to make it exclusively for negative things, but meanwhile in my diary there are also positive entries.

No, I don’t, because it doesn’t give me any added value. M19

I’d rather do other things.

…. it is not worth constantly writing about the same allagstrott. There’d only be anything about work anyway, I don’t want to.
