Do you think the portion sizes on the package are right?
Hello everyone.
I just finished work (agriculture) and am now starving, even though today was a rather quiet day because it's raining/snowing.
Tell me, who of you is really full with one portion according to the package?
For example, I eat 500g of salmon fillet with 300g (dry) rice/couscous/bulgur, etc.
Then I'm really full and my hunger is satisfied. For breakfast, I have a bowl of homemade muesli and some fruit.
How about you? How much do you eat?
Lg
That would have been too much for me to eat so 4 times a day But always only small portions If I eat too much at once, then I’ll be sick, that’s already when I was a baby
The details of the packages are of interest to me. Because no one really gets tired of it except it might be a toddler.
If you were to eat more ballasts, and if you had to chew them and don’t swallow them twice, you’d be sick.
I work with horses, out and in summer I need about 3,200 calories and in winter around 4,000 calories daily.
I like to combine kartoffels, cheeses and lots of fun. it may also be a bratwurst or a piece of meat.
I also like to eat potatoes and vegetables. Only not every day then I don’t need it anymore 😉
Currently I eat about 200g mixed cereals with milk and some fruit in the morning.
During the day, I hardly eat anything and in the evening again neatly. I’m not hungry during the day, and if there’s a whip or something.
Even if I eat more fiber-rich eating like vegetables, I eat well and like around 750g.
Salmon is actually well saturated by protein
I am 40 years old 167cm tall and about 60/61kg heavy with 2500 to 3500kcal.
May I ask completely unharmed how your data is? Sorry ðŸTM‚
If I go according to the packing details, I am 2-3 persons 🤣
They’re usually too big for me.
what do you eat? Sorry nothing for ungood may not get too close to you, but in the details on the packaging you starve to…
I just eat small portions.
