even though I am not happy

to signal my body that I am happy
the then happy hormone that relieves my stress reactions

e.g. I had hardly sleeped 2 hours today and had nightmares
and then I had to make an important interview and schnuppertermin

so that I don’t seem to be completely aggressive but friendly and happy
