Do 17 and 20 look the same?

not quite.With 17 you look more childish than with 20. But you can see that the 17th is the same person as 20 or 30.

LOL… when he was 18, his friend Urska didn’t want him. She found him nice, but too young. One year later, she gave up.

Most people look the same within certain phases.
Since people do not change physically every day, they remain
usually visually over several years. In this respect, it can be seen whether it is a baby, toddler, teenager, young or old adult, but not individual age groups within an area. And flowing transitions cannot be precisely defined, as these are “flowing”. In general, people are estimating themselves and people are changing according to evolution. 50-100 years ago, a teenager could have been distinguished from an adult (except for exceptions). Today, most people are more mature, can & trust more, so that you can no longer recognize various transitions. In particular, it is extremely difficult to assess secondary gender characteristics.
