North Sea crabs – also as soup – North Sea crabs. These have a unique, delicate, sweet flavor, while deep-sea crabs, to me, have a more neutral flavor. They're also more affordable.

Since I was a child, I have peeled fresh crabs, either from the North Sea or bought from the fish shop, and I loved to eat them on my bread and butter; These crabs are a delicacy for me.

However, the pre-packaged ones do not have the same aroma as the fresh ones.
