for ski tours, mountains etc., waterproof at night in frost and snow/wet conditions, as bright as possible, different lumens/power consumption switchable, no built-in battery, for replacement, possibly also for the use of normal batteries/ with integrated mini charging socket

preferably with brand and model name, what is good from experience
