I always make the following varieties for Christmas usually more or less.

  • Way Brunsli, Brown Brunsli, Cinnamon Stars Mailänderli, Spitsbuben. Lemon star with self-made lemon curd.

All people always love the lemon stars where I bake with their own lemon curd.

Last year I also took the Lemoncurd to replace the Confiture of the Spitsbuben. All where they had tried were very enthusiastic because you can’t buy it like that. I experience the same again and again when I bake white Brunsli, people always love it this one cannot buy.
