Do stretching exercises help with growth?

I am female, 14 years old and 163-164 cm. I saw on Google that you can grow through stretching exercises, so you get a little taller but not much taller, about 2-7 cm.

Even the grass doesn't grow faster or bigger when you pull on it.

After the percentile curves for body size (in cm) with girls aged 6 to 18 you will grow about 168 cm.

Genetically, your size is fixed.

Each person shows fluctuations between a measurement in the morning and in the evening.

And between the ages of 20 and 80.

If you're stretching, you might be able to “retrieve” these fluctuations but not affect your growth.

Your size is perfect. And you grow at least two years.

No. The size is genetically conditioned and cannot be influenced. So not by stretching exercises. You just loosen the muscles.
