Do internet technicians have access to the basement of the house?
I signed up for an internet connection with Synvia. The caretaker said he needed to be contacted to give the technician access to the basement. The lady on the phone said the technicians should have a master key and I shouldn't worry about it. I have no idea what to believe now, it's stressing me out.
The technician's appointment is on the 19th but I wasn't told a time, so if the caretaker has to come, how am I supposed to know when I have to tell the caretaker???
Help
Hi.
for purely human reasons, I would talk to the master.
Even if everything should go well without him, he’s mad later.
If it goes wrong, you have a problem.
That depends. If the house belongs to a larger housing company, it can be that the technicians have a general key. For private houses rather not.
In your place, I would talk to the master of the house, how you best deal with it and if you could just call it in the short term.
No, they didn’t. You must take care that the housekeeper will open the appropriate cellar room for the relevant appointment.
What if I don’t know when the technician comes???
We have received a key for that day.
Thank you
The lady on the phone means the distributor box.
and now what is actually logical.
If your cellar is to the distribution box, not open anyway, your master of the house will have to open in the morning or give you the key.
Or you’re smart and you just ask Synvia.
By the way, what’s interesting. Since the Getec media GmbH sits with us in the city.
