How athletic are you? Perhaps you can also gain muscle mass. However, you'll also have to eat more, which might not be easy if you're already eating a lot.

If I want to get fat, I have to spend the whole day in front of the television, well fed and wrapped up warm.

Go ahead and do it, it doesn't have to be anything extreme, but it's much easier now, and as you get older, from around 35, it helps a lot to have a good physical foundation.

When you're that light, climbing isn't entirely out of place. 🙂

Wir Menschen sind alle einzigartig. Der eine zu dick der andere zu dünn. Zu groß oder zu klein.

Willst du wirklich so sein wie die anderen? Also quasi ein Durchschnittsmensch?

2-3 ausgewogene Mahlzeiten am Tag essen. Versuch vielleicht deine Kalorien zu tracken.

If you weighed between 56 and 71 kg everything would be OK.

Yeah, a few pounds too little. Can calmly increase 5-10kg;)
