Do I understand the package insert for the medication correctly?

So it says that I should take my medication once after waking up, before lunch and before going to bed

I only need to take it twice a day, so I wanted to take it morning and evening. I take it in the morning right after I get up, before I eat, right? And in the evening, after dinner, just before I go to bed?

And if it doesn't say anything about water, do I have to take the drops pure?
