Do I have to send it back myself?

I bought a fan heater in September, but it broke. I sent an email asking if I could return it. Then I got an email saying that the same fan heater had been sent again, and payment was made via invoice. But I don't feel like picking it up from the parcel shop and sending it back. What should I do? Can they sue me if I don't pay? I didn't order anything.

You have to look. There will be a zero bill in there because it is an exchange device

There is probably a returning pickup.

Probably on the invoice “exchanger” or something similar and the price will be 0 Euro.

So look in before you get excited.

And if you want to have the defective device back, or if you can throw it away (electroschrott, small devices) you have to look at this (something might be on the new device) or ask the dealer.

Have you already paid the old device? And you don’t pay.

Probably no amount is on the bill.

They’re sending you a replacement. If you don’t send it back because you don’t want it, you have to pay.

And still have the broken device at home. That you paid for, didn’t you?

You’ll be happy. Then you can give the old to the electric scrap.
