Do I have to pay taxes and social security contributions as a full-time working student?
As a full-time working student (during the lecture-free period), do I have to pay income tax and social security contributions, including unemployment insurance, long-term care insurance, etc., or am I exempt from contributions (except for pension and health insurance)?
Working student and full-time bites. Because you can only do this up to a maximum of 26 weeks a year. A working student will of course continue to pay the lower SV contributions
If you come over €1,360 per month, LSt will be discontinued, whether working student or not.
If you come over 20h/week (lecture period) or over the maximum number of Woxhen, you are not a working student and the complete SV contributions will be due
Nonsense, in the lecture period you can work full time and maintain the status as a student
That would be the peculiarities.
But if you know it's all so stupid, because don't ask
That depends on how many hours you do in the month. Not up to a set of conscience. I think 11,000, but I don't know exactly. Google time 🙂
11,604 euros for 2024 calibre
From 11604, pay tax is payable on the Internet. I'd just have to pay wages, but not the other social charges, right?
Are you hired or billed? I'm not sure
