Do I have to let someone overtake if…?

…I'm on a section of highway with a speed limit, where, for example, the speed limit is 130 km/h, and I'm driving 130 km/h in the left lane and someone is tailgating behind me. Do I still have to let them overtake me?

Hello Joho1432

The right-handed vehicle also applies to you when the right track is free

yes You have to go right as everyone else we also have a right-handed command, the middle and left track is only there for overtaking if others exceed a predetermined speed is not your thing.

You may not use overtaking lane, you may cause an accident, some ride with 80 on the overtaking lane. Every reasonable driver always releases the over-high tracks.First the middle one, and if you want to drive a little slower it will always be on the first track.

But please drive at least 90 on the first track. Otherwise the big ones will be insane.

Yeah, you have to. Otherwise it’s foolish.

As a defensive driver, you know that there are always ruthless fellow human beings. So that it doesn’t escalate and he might overtake right, you should switch to the right track on the next occasion and let it pass.

you’re driving on the left track just to overtake. If you’re overtaken, you’ll change back to the right track.

If you’re not overtaking yourself. There is still the right-wing ban.

If on the right is free, of course, drive on the right lane.
