Do I have epididymitis?

Hello! A while ago, my glans was a little red and itchy. That's gone now, but since then, my left epididymis has been slightly painful when pressed. Some days it's more intense and others less intense, but overall it's less intense.

Yesterday I went to the urologist, but I think I didn't express myself correctly or something. Anyway, he said I shouldn't press there, then it's perfectly normal for there to be an imbalance in the testicles.

Today and last night it was a bit stronger again. 🙁

Could I have epididymitis? Should I see a urologist again?
