Do I have back problems?

Hey guys👋, I've been exercising intensively every day for two months now because I was really overweight, and now that I've lost a lot of fat, I've noticed that my back doesn't look as good as other people my height and similar weight. At least, that's not how I see it… Could you take a look at the picture and maybe tell me exactly what back problems I have? Thank you in advance, and have a nice day.

If you have pain in the back, you should just go to the doctor. It depends on how you did sports. If you've done your exercises correctly, you're okay? The most important thing is that you always do some stretching exercises before the sport so that you don't train your body incorrectly, for example. If you did intense sports right away from 0 to 100 then you only damaged your body. This means that you will soon get hurt in your knees at the foot, at the back, and then have to give up sports for a very long time. Then it can easily happen that you take weight again.

It is important to tackle it very slowly for a proper take-off with sports. So in monthly steps eg In the first month only 5 days/week 30 minutes long sports such as cycling or just make pilates practice. In the 2nd month increase to 1 hour etc.

It seems to be a small hollow cross. Through abdominal training, buttock exercises (knee diffraction-like) and the training of the rear thigh muscles it can be improved; the hips improve completely.

In the abdominal exercises, 15 – 20 repetitions per sentence are good. Best different exercises for the lower, slanted and lateral abdomen as well as crunches for the upper abdomen.
