Do I have an irregular heartbeat?

Hello,

For a while now, I've been experiencing this very rare occurrence (usually when I'm lying down and resting), where my heart beats twice or something. It doesn't really feel like a single beat, but rather as if there's air in my heart. Is this normal? I don't experience it often; I only notice it sometimes during exercise or if I've done a lot of walking that day. Should I see a cardiologist about this?

Thanks in advance!

There are completely normal causes such as ventricular extrasystoles. They like to be perceived as dangerous, they are only in very high numbers really so unpleasant that will become an op. It has pretty much every person who can be perceived as very unpleasant, but if you focus too much on the heartbeat. With a young age, other well-being and regular checkups, I wouldn’t panic here. An EKG can still not hurt your calm.
