Do I have a guaranteed place at university until the end of the coordination phase (August 24)?

I still have two open applications:

1st Priority: Reutlingen University – International Management (German-Spanish) [NC] = Admission offer currently not possible

2nd Priority: Heilbronn University – Bachelor of Business Administration and Management [NC] = Offer available

My question: I am currently ranked 30th with a maximum of 25 places available in Reutlingen (is it still possible to move up).

Will my offer from Heilbronn remain valid until the end of the coordination procedures, or should I make my decision sooner?

I would like to wait for an offer in Reutlingen, but I would not miss the offer in Heilbronn.

However, does the offer in Heilbronn expire after a certain time ("acceptance period")? Or is my place already "reserved" for me?
