Do I have a DDoS?

Hello dear gf community,

My internet connection is spotty today, which isn't unusual. Every now and then, I have a complete crash, and after a few seconds, it's back up again. I've noticed that my opponents, and sometimes even my teammates in PvP (Rocket League), are also experiencing packet loss and even complete lag. I've been accused three times of intentionally tampering with something. Could it be that I was DDoSed, or perhaps the game's servers? Or is everyone in Europe having these problems? XD (I highly doubt it)

You can simply fix this in which you can unplug the Wi-Fi router cable and back in so it doesn't panic, and it has (if) not ddost but dos

I don't think so. Laypeople get the DDOS club out too fast without knowing what it is.
