Do computer games change our brains?

If so, why?

Do we sleep and dream differently than people who don’t play computer games?

When we play certain levels 1-2 hours before going to bed and repeat them.

If you play the same level every night for 1-2 hours before going to bed and you always dream about driving, e.g. car, bus, train, etc., even if the level itself has nothing to do with driving, why is that?

For me, this is the case with a certain dungeon in an MMORPG that I often dream about driving.

Is it possible that levels in the subconscious are associated with certain topics?

Examples:

  • Level 1: Swimming pool
  • Level 2: Driving (e.g. car, bus, etc.)
  • Level 3: School
  • Level 4: former apartment
  • Level 5: Any City
  • Level 6: Workplace

etc.

What are your experiences? Is it the same with television or only with computer games?

Everything we experience changes our brains. Our brain stores memories, processes old memories and is subject to constant change, whether we play games or count e.g. grass necks.

Many users and myself have already explained to you many times what dreams are. Have you forgotten all this again?

You should already know that if you had really read the answers and understood them and noticed them. The principle is always the same.
